From September 2016 we have started to offer free home delivery to all East London residents and members of the scheme in East London.
We will deliver your boxes on either a Thursday or a Friday, which we will inform you of when you place your first order.
What if I’m not going to be in?
If you’re not going to be at home, you can advise us on a secure location that you’d like us to leave the box. This could be with a neighbour, in your porch, on your doorstep or you can even give us a key for the garden shed! All we ask is that before delivery, you’ve advised us on your preferred delivery location.
What time can I expect my box?
We will let you know what day you can expect delivery when you’ve completed your order. Delivery times will vary depending on traffic and which route the driver will need to take that day. You will however find that the time will roughly be the same each week.
What do I do with the empty box?
Customers are more than welcome to keep the boxes to use for other means. However if you would like us to collect the boxes from you, simply give it to the driver when he delivers your next box or leave it in your secure location if you’re not going to be at home. All boxes are made from recyclable material and will be reused by our farm.
What if I’m unable to receive my box?
If we aren’t able to deliver your box due to any unforeseen circumstances (for example you weren’t at home and we didn’t have a secondary location for you), we will donate your box to local food banks or charities that help to feed less fortunate residents of East London. As delivery is free, we’re unable to reattempt delivery.
