Carrot Soup with Miso Paste

– 3 Large Carrots
– 2 Medium Potatoes
– 2 tbsp Miso Paste

1. Peel carrots and Potatoes, then cut into small squares
2. Fill a large pan with 750ml of boiling water, then add the carrots and potatoes
3. Add the miso paste, then simmer for 30 mins
4. Blend to achieve desired consistency
5. Serve immediately with a dash of soya or sour cream
