Carrots, Celeriac and Red Lentil Mash

– 80g Red Lentils
– 300g Carrots
– 70g Celeriac
-100ml Cream (or vegan alternative)
– Handful of parsley
– Salt and Pepper for Seasoning

1. Peel carrots and celeriac before cutting into small chunks
2. Steam veg with lentils for 20 mins
3. Add parsley, salt and pepper, cream and veg before mashing until smooth
